7 bad habits, from which urgently need to get rid of the social networks
Now almost all of the company include the promotion plan of social media in their marketing strategy. According to statistics, 8 out of 10 small and medium enterprises are using social networks to promote their brand, and three out of five say they got new customers thanks SMM.
- Stop Selling!
Social networks primarily designed for communication, rather than sales. Nobody wants to talk with the seller. If you post to social networks only to promote or sell your product – it’s a sure way to get rid of most of its subscribers.
Try to alternate positions to carry photos of your corporate events, quotations, conventional records and links to articles that have more value to your readers than the imposition of the goods and services.
- Excessive number of posts
If you place the same type of positions, it is a sure way to alienate the audience several times a day. No one is interested to see dozens of pictures of pizza from the restaurant, to the news that you signed up to Twitter. But every day, users would be interested to get acquainted with some new recipe.
- Too many repost
Excessive number of links from other sites irritates readers. Especially avoid repost links from sites aggregators. They divide too often and without you, and this news does not add value to you or your business.
- The lack of original content
Repost other people’s posts or articles from third-party sites do not tell the consumer about your company and show a lack of originality. Share other people’s content should be no more than once every two days. Therefore, focus on creating original material and then share them with readers.
- Lack of strategy
Post random links and content just “make it” – not the best idea. When you have something to tell people, you must understand what you are doing and plan further action. Create a calendar posts, but reserve the space for any urgent messages.
The best way to create a strategy – is to see who your customers are and find out their needs and desires are related to your business. Many companies for this strategy specifically ask their customers what type of content they want to see on the pages of their brand. Think as well as the information that you want to share, can increase loyalty to your business.
- An optional tagging others
It’s just a lack of netiquette. You do not have to celebrate the photographs of people or messages that are not associated with them. Perhaps this will increase the visibility and popularity of fasting, but such actions irritate people, and it is possible that those of you soon unsubscribe.
- Lack of communication with friends and followers
If you want people to read your updates, you will notice that they do. Monitor the activity of your friends and subscribers, subscribe to their updates.
